We offer free delivery to UK on orders over £50.

Orders are usually dispatched by the next working day and should arrive within 3-5 days.

North America £15.00 flat rate up to 250g Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed

Europe £12.00 flat rate up to 250g Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed

Please note you will be responsible for any tax or custom charges for the country in which your delivery address is located.

You will need to check this beforehand. We simply cannot predict these costs.

We expressly exclude liability for returns due to failure to pay import duties or local taxes.

Returns

If you have any problems with our products please get in touch by phone or email as soon as possible.

You may return items for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Items must be returned in the packaging and condition they arrived in and you will have to pay the cost of return postage unless the items arrived damaged.

For hygienic reasons, we cannot refund earrings, or any items that show signs of being worn or used.
